About me
I was born in 1985, in Budapest. I studied photography in England, but my real passion was cinema.In 2013, I directed my first short film, Igazolt Hiányzás, that got me accepted to the AFI Conservatory in Los Angeles. I directed four short films during my time in LA, including Ray & Audrey and the Black Dog.In 2018 I was invited to attend the Sarajevo Film Festival as part of the Sarajevo Talents workshop. In 2019 our feature screenplay Some Birds was accepted to the MIDPOINT Feature Launch screenwriting workshop, and in Karlovy Vary we've won the main prize of the workshop, the MIDPOINT Development Award. Some Birds was selected as a finalist in the 2020 Incubator Program, organized by the Hungarian National Film Institute, and the movie premiered in december 2023 in Hungarian cinemas.I also teach filmmaking at Engame Academy since 2019.
